Anti-staling agent for shelled fresh shrimps ---Carnal 659S, 660S




      Used in Sea shrimp, fresh water shrimp.

Function: Holding moisture, increasing weight, keeping fresh, keeping color and appearance, improving quality.
1). Improve product quality, enrich flesh, effectively keep flesh structure and nutriment and mositure.
2). By complex action to metal ions, restrain oxidation of lipoid, keep marine product natural color, fresh level, elasticity, taste and flavor.
3). After long time freeze, still keep colorfastness without putrescence, keep protein struture and flesh taste, reduce drop loss after thaw, decrease weight loss after cooking.
4). Improve abstersion performance of fresh aquatic product or reprocessed product, effectively improve guarantee period.

1. Fully dissolve, strictly control temperature (0-5), fully soak.
2.  Soaking time: 4-24 hours
3. Wash appropriately using clean water after soaking.
